Two story apartment with amazing views located in the heart of El Poblado's Golden Mile!
With floor to ceiling windows, the two-story apartment offers incredible city views from its three balconies on the 17th floor. It also features two bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and private bath, along with a downstairs bath for guests.
The large kitchen and dining table will make it easy to entertain up to eight guests.
The new, modern building features a rooftop pool with unbelievable views of the mountains and city, along with an up-to-date gym.
Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building.
All of our guests also have exclusive access to our one-stop-shop travel and business center for co-working, trip planning, and social networking.
We are available 24/7 for any inquiries or questions you might have, information of what to do and where to go in Medellin.

- The 19% IVA (local tax) is not included in our rates. If you want to avoid paying the tax, you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that our check-in person can take a picture of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist and exempt from the tax.
Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival.
