Just a few blocks away from Calle 10 and Parque Lleras, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars, nightlife, grocery stores and shops.
The unit features free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, ample storage, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, telephone, and professional 24-hour management. No charge for extra guests.
Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building.
All of our guests also have exclusive access to our one-stop-shop travel and business center for co-working, trip planning, and social networking.
We are available 24/7 for any inquiries or questions you might have, information of what to do and where to go in Medellin.

This well appointed modern stylish two bedroom is just a seven minute walk to Parque Lleras yet sits in a quiet location with nice views and cool breezes. It is our only rental with squash courts and a modern steam room.

The apartment is within walking distance to almost everything you'll want to do while you're here and for the other locations, taxi's are easy to call and are metered so you don't have to worry about overpaying. The metro station is a 15 minute walk down the hill.
