This modern and comfortable apartment features 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. You will find an open plan living and dining area with high-end furniture and it includes a flat screen TV in the living room and each one of the bedrooms. The open plan kitchen is also equipped with top of the line appliances.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Each bed has high quality mattresses and bedding. There is also a visitor bathroom and a laundry room with a state of the art washer and dryer.

Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building.
All of our guests also have exclusive access to our one-stop-shop travel and business center for co-working, trip planning, and social networking.

We are available 24/7 for any inquiries or questions you might have, information of what to do and where to go in Medellin.

- The 19% IVA (local tax) is not included in our rates. If you want to avoid paying the tax, you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that our check-in person can take a picture of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist and exempt from the tax.
-Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The building is ideally located just a few blocks from fantastic restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Close to the action (but not too close), this apartment is located in one of the rare neighborhoods in Medellin that can be enjoyed thoroughly on foot, making a car totally optional (but includes 2-car parking if need be). A door man is also present 24/7.
Poblado is Medellin’s tourist center, the city’s Zona Rosa. The apartment is within easy walking distance of such popular attractions as Parque Lleras and San Fernando Plaza, Oviedo Mall and Santa Fe, some of the city's biggest and best shopping centers and districts. Frequently serviced by taxis, the area is just a block from a major transportation hub and a 20-minute walk from the Metro.
The apartment is within walking distance to almost everything you'll want to do while you're here and for the other locations, taxi's are easy to call and are metered so you don't have to worry about overpaying.
