Let’s get to the apartment. Located on a quiet street, this huge three bedroom unit has ample room and large beds in all three bedrooms as well as a huge living area full of custom decorated furniture for the most discerning of guests.
Our whole goal here is to make you feel right at home the instant you walk in and with the attention to detail paid to the design, I think we've done just that.
Whether you a couple, or a large group of 6 people, you'll find space and comfort for everyone.
There is a separate study area with a work space for getting some work done while you're away while the rest of the group can enjoy themselves by the pool.
All three massive bedrooms have queen sized beds with excellent mattresses and there's plenty of storage room with a safe for your valuables in each bedroom. We've also made sure you'll have flat screen TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room.
Each bathrooms is also 'American' size with plenty of room for even NFL players.
And let's not forget about the incredible balcony and the stunning view of the city you can enjoy at any time of the day. The sunsets are amazing! Two of the bedrooms also have private balconies.
If you like entertaining this apartment has an enormous fully stocked kitchen for even the most demanding chef. We pack over 100 kitchen items into every kitchen we stock, and good quality ones at that.
We want you to spend your time enjoying your holiday which is why we included a washer and dryer in this apartment to make travel chores a breeze, we even offer additional cleaning services if you need them.
Don't forget the building has some great facilities like a pool and small gym. It doesn't get any better than that!

As we are a business, we charge and pay the local 19% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist, and exempt from the tax. Your concierge will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in.
Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival.
