Description
The apartment is located on the main avenue El Poblado, near to bus stops, shopping malls, gyms, coworks, restaurants and bars.
For security reasons, the keys to the apartment will only be given to main guest of the reservation when He/She arrives at our premises and not to a third party.
Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival.
It is mandatory to show your physical passport (if you are a foreigner) or cédula (if you are Colombian) at the time of Check In. Also, you must read and sign the Rental Agreement that tells you our accommodation policies.
As we are a business, we are obliged to charge and pay the local 19% for the VTA tax to our Colombian clients and resident foreigners living in the country.
