This apartment offers a beautiful spacious live/work area that provides the ultimate combination of location and sanctuary. This apartment features beautiful wood flooring and an understated, clean, natural and functional space that can be transformed to meet your needs.

With three bedrooms, all with queen sized beds, smart TVs an blackout shades, there is room to comfortably accommodate a large family of group of friends. With a large living area extending into a balcony with garden and city views, there is space for everyone to relax, work or entertain. There is seating for up to four people in the dining area, two stools at the kitchen bar and another two at the balcony table.

This apartment also offers a dedicated well-lite office workspace with sound-proof windows and various backdrops to include, natural brick and calming green views.

As is customary with all Lifeafar apartments, we've included a fully stocked kitchen, soft comfortable mattresses, quality furniture, oscillating fans, hotel-quality linens and every other modern comfort you can think of so including a washer and dryer, you can effortlessly settle in to your new home in Medellin and begin to enjoy this beautiful city like a local.

Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building. The apartment offers a green exercise space for meditation, yoga, stretching, jump roping and any other fitness routine you may have.
All of our guests also have exclusive access to our one-stop-shop travel and business center for co-working, trip planning, and social networking.

The apartment can be cleaned on request for an additional cost.
As we are a business, we charge and pay the local 19% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist and exempt from the tax.
Your concierge will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in.
Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Poblado is the tourist center of Medellin with all the best nightlife, shopping and facilities for the visitor. Some of the most popular areas include Parque Lleras, Provenza and the Zona Rosa which are both a short walk or taxi down the hill.

A short walk up the hill you will find yourself at El Tesoro Shopping Mall, Medellin's largest and most popular mall with an almost overwhelming numbers of shops, restaurants, cinemas and fun activities for kids at your disposal.

To access the rest of the city, taxis are easy to call and are metered so you don't have to worry about overpaying. Rideshare apps are also available in Medellin.
