- Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- As a business, we charge and pay the local 19% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist, and exempt from the tax. Your host will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
