Cali River Suites by Lifeafar, a luxury boutique property in the heart of Cali
Located just steps away from all of the fun Cali has to offer, Cali River Suites by Lifeafar offers guests modern and fully-furnished studios and two-bedroom apartments.
The property was designed with the highest standards of cleanliness and security, and is ideal for both leisure and business travelers who want a more comfortable, relaxing, and personalized hospitality experience compared with a traditional hotel.
All units were designed with comfort and style in mind, and include hot water, A/C, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs.
Each studio has one queen bed and a maximum capacity of two people, and the two-bedroom apartments have two queen beds and a maximum capacity of four people.
Both types of units have open kitchens and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Cali River Suites is located in the neighborhood of Centenario, one of Cali's premium hotel districts. Guests will be within walking distance of the best restaurants, cocktail bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Centenario Mall, etc.
Access to transportation is easy and the options include metered yellow taxis (you won’t have to worry about being overcharged), apps like WayCali, DIDI, and buses.
Daily cleaning and laundry services are not included; however, they can be arranged at an additional cost with at least one day notice.
Please note the property does not have parking. Public street parking is available; however, we recommend using the secure parking garage located a block and a half away.
IVA (Tourist Tax Exemption):
Colombian citizens and local residents must pay a 19% IVA fee (value-added tax/VAT). The tax is not included in our displayed rates and will be charged upon or before arrival. Foreigners are exempt from this tax, and eligible tourists can simply present a passport with an entry stamp dated within the past 180 days to avoid the fee.
Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival. Thank you for your consideration.

- Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 20:00 every day
- Check-out schedule: 12:00
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
