Freshly renovated unit with balcony, A/C in all bedrooms, hot water, awesome location, 10 MB Wi-Fi, high-end furnishing in El Peñon neighborhood.
This beautiful unit, located in Cali's best neighborhood, was just completely renovated. Everything is brand new.
The layout is ideal. 3 bedrooms, all with access to a private bathroom, a huge open kitchen, dining, and living room. There's a balcony well suited for that cold drink in the afternoon and a large patio in the back with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal.
Windows on both sides of the building and the open patio in the back assures that this apartment is very well ventilated. A/C and blackouts in all bedrooms assure a great night's sleep, even on a hot day.
The WiFi is 10MB and all bedrooms + living room are fitted with TVs. The apartment comes with one safe for your personal belongings and a covered parking lot, located in the basement of the building.
Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building. Once you rent it, the entire place is yours!
Myself, or my co-host, Libardo, will be available 24/7 for any support needed during your stay in Cali.
This is an apartment and your privacy is very important to us. There is no daily room service, but if you need cleaning or a change of towels/bedsheets just let us know and we will happily take care of it.
The building does have one parking spot in the basement.
The 19% IVA (local tax) is not included in our rates. If you want to avoid paying the tax, you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that our check-in person can take a picture of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist and exempt from the tax.
Check-in is between between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. We are happy to provide an early check-in if our calendar permits it. After 8:00pm there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 30.000 COP payable in cash upon arrival. This helps us pay for transportation and the over-time work for our staff. Thank you for your consideration.
Please note that this is a 4th-floor unit and there is no elevator in this building. But - a bit of exercise is supposed to be good for you :-)
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali.
All the guests have access to the services of bilingual airport pickups powered by our partner Cabify. so you're welcome to try the best, most secure and high-quality transport service in Colombia. ( The cost of this service can be variable depending distances, seasons and trip time.) Taxi, Cabify, buses - you name it, it's all at your doorstep. The taxis and Ubers are metered making sure you don't overpay and the buses manage a fixed fee. But the best part: El peñon is very walkable and close to many things of interest.
