We worked very closely with a local designer to create a peaceful and calming interior; and we’re very proud to share the results with you. We especially enjoy sitting on the terrace as the sun goes down, watching the city come to life at night.
H2 is a remarkable complex whose quality, amenities and location make it among the very best in this beautiful city.
Access
Guess will have access to the condo and all the amenities.
Hyatt hotel is next door and guests can use the restaurant and spa.
In case you want to use the pools and the other amenities of Hyatt there is a day pass for $50 dollars, which $25 can be use towards your bar/ restaurant tab.
Interaction
Our staff will be at the property to check you in and show you around. We have a 24/7 number in case you need any help. We also offer concierge services in case you have special requirements or want to book any tours and activities.

The apartment can be cleaned on request for an additional cost.
As we are a business, we charge and pay the local 19% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist, and exempt from the tax. Your concierge will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in.
Registering the guests is super important. This is why all visitors have to be register before arrival.
Registration hours are from 8 am until 3 pm everyday in case you want to have a guest.
Neighborhood
We are Patrick and Mike from New York City, and we hope you enjoy Cartagena as much as we do. When we first came to this beautiful city, we knew it would be a place that we would return to for years to come. The beauty, culture and of course the people are what we fell in love with the most.
Over the last 14 years that we have been together, we have traveled extensively; but it was here in Cartagena that we decided to make a new “home away from home”.
The condo is located at the entrance of Bocagrande, the beach is across the street but the swimmable beach about 2 blocks away. There is a commercial center next door with easy access from the condo in case you want to do shopping, eat or go to the movies.
Old city is located about 15 min walk or a 2 min taxi which is only 2 dollars.
There are 3 supermarkets within 2 blocks in case you need to do grocery shopping. La Olimpica which is the super market downstairs of the building will allow you to take the shopping cart all the way to the apartment or you can have someone do it for you and tip them 2000 pesos (less than a dollar)
It is very easy to get around in taxi, walking or bike.
